Stop me! Help! I need to step away from the cupcakes! These are actually more like candy, from a recipe at Bakarella (link later -- I'm writing via Flickr).
My 20th class reunion is tonight and i'm missing it. So many various reasons, but right now they don't mean much because I wish I was there and screw all those reasons! As soon as I realized I wouldn't be going, I stopped my part of the chain of emails with old friends and classmates. It's not like I am ignoring them, but I didn't want to face the reasons why I a not back home this weekend.
One of those reasons was college expenses come first. Chris leaves in a few weeks and we need to make sure we had his housing and dining covered. Of course, that got covered at zero hour yesterday when it was too late to book a flight to Grand Haven.
Did I say 20th? I meant my 10th. I am too young to have a kid going to college and a 20th reunion. Ha.
