Updating my shop is an all day process!

I'm thrilled that I finally got up to 11 items in my Etsy shop.  It took me forever to take the photos yesterday and then another forever today finishing up the details in the listings. Whew! How do the people that have much larger inventory do it?!?

I wish I was still doing the flea market tomorrow at Flamingo Gardens. I'm all ready to sell now! I just applied for two future shows (i'll say where when I get in) and i'm going to look for some markets or fleas in areas where I might sell well.

My plan for the weekend is to keep on cutting and sewing.  I don't think it's going to be beach weather. Next weekend, we're visiting my sister on the gulf coast where they have a boat. She tells tall tales of magical sand bars where there are hundreds of sand dollars waiting to be picked.

I want to be this woman.

The Third Time is the Charm!

Trust me. Daily I tell myself that I need to stop spending so much time reading and looking at everyone's blogs and get serious about my own. Several years ago when I had "Queen of Indiana", I was very regular and having the community of readers and fellow bloggers interacting with me was very inspiring and it made me happy. I also had some minor fame from it! That was in print, too. What happened to me?

Life happened! Two major cross country moves happened. I had to give up my DJ  business before our move to Reno from Indiana. I tried out "Corporate Life" for six months until we once again got the call to move here to Florida.

Now here I am. I've been here 5 months. I don't have any more excuses!

I've been networking, making friends, coming up with schemes and plans. This past week was a great breakthrough for coming up with new creations. I need to get into shows and fill my Etsy shop again, but it's coming along.

Hopefully by blogging again, I can stay on focus and keep up with this creative streak i'm riding. I swear to myself that I will post daily if I can. And pictures! Lots of pictures!

Now i'm off to add to my "Inspiration" category and find old friends from my days of royalty....
